Die-cast Frames
Die-cast photo & picture frames are generally detailed in fine pattern, with sizes up to 8x10" opening.  Custom-made mold with quantity less than 500 pieces can be done by spin-cast to achieve the economic of scale.  

Finishes can be done in black or electroplating, e.g. silver plated, antique pewter, antique brass, antique bronze.

Generally piercing pattern is applied, giving a 3-D effect with a competitive, Chinese manufactured price.

Stamped Frames
The range of stamped frames is huge and only limited by imagination.  We manufacture both larger, premium wall frames up to 16x20" and smaller photo & picture frames.  The larger walls frames tend to have 16x20" glass opening while the smaller ones generally have 2.5x3.5" glass opening. 

Generally a relief/embossed pattern is applied, which after being finished in two-tones e.g. shiny silver with matted silver, to bring out the details.

Roll-form Frames
Continuous pattern pressed on metal stripe by embossing wheels can be made in various or odd sizes frame as request easily.  All table-top sizes or as large as 16x20" wall size frames can be formed by embossing striped & bending it into frames in sizes desired.  Sizes are limitless & stamped metal corner ornaments are often added to decorate & finish the frame nicely.
